REAL ESTATE PROPERTY TAXES GENERALLY​

 Q: What are real estate taxes?
A: "Every property in the state of Florida is in a particular municipality, either a county or a city. To own property in the state of Florida, it's a privilege. Each of those municipalities have services that need to be paid for, and because of that, everybody who owns property has to pay taxes on that property based on the value of that property to be able to support the services that as an owner of property, essentially you get the benefit for.​"

CURRENT REAL ESTATE PROPERTY TAXES​

Q: How can I find out the current real estate taxes on a home in Florida?
A: "In the State of Florida, every county typically has a website, which we know as a property appraiser's website. If you find the property appraiser's website through a typical web search, you'll be able to locate the particular property that you're looking for and there's almost always a link directly to the tax records for that property wherein you can find the current taxes for any particular property."
