FORECLOSURE OPTIONS

Q: Can the property be sold or refinanced if I am in the process of foreclosure?
A: "If you are in the process of foreclosure, you still have the opportunity to work out the foreclosure matters. One of the ways you do that is by selling the property or refinancing the property. The answer to that question is absolutely, you can still sell your home, you can still refinance your home. There are other concerns and other factors, such as credit, and lending, and qualification requirements. However, you absolutely can still sell or refinance your property."
