Yanet Macias
Senior Real Estate Paralegal ​

Yanet Macias, our real estate paralegal, works closely with the firm’s attorneys, performing due diligence, conducting title and survey reviews, drafting, and reviewing transactional documents, and coordinating closing components for real estate transactions. She is responsible for making sure that the titles in transactions are legitimate and pose no problems, as any problems with the title need to be highlighted. Consequently, Yanet interfaces with clients, lenders, and adverse parties daily.

Yanet has been working in the South Florida real estate market for the entirety of her career. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Yanet processed mortgages, owned her own title company, and worked at a boutique law firm handling title closings.
​
When Yanet is not closing deals, she enjoys traveling and cooking with her husband and three children.
